Artist Fundraising Program

We are collaborating with artists to offer for sale created art pieces that celebrate the magic and joy of The Carousel of Smiles. By purchasing this artwork, you are providing financial support for the carousel restoration project.

Participating Artists

Gabe Gabel, an internationally known artist based in northern Idaho, created and donated six carousel horse waxes, from which bronze castings can be made. The donation of her work is substantial, and exemplifies the level of expertise and support that is coming forward to be part of this project.

Valeria Yost, associated with the Wild Wings group of artists, is another successful artist now choosing North Idaho as her home. Valeria, in support of the carousel project, has created an original painting Chasing a Dream, which is available as a limited edition print.
