The Carousel of Smiles will be making an appearance in the Sandpoint Lions Club sponsored July 4th parade in downtown Sandpoint. Due to road construction on Cedar Street, this year’s Fourth of July parade route is as follows: Begins at Fifth and Church, goes east on Church, north on First, west on Main, merges onto Oak and goes west to Fifth again, turning north to Cedar then west again (ending between Fifth and Sixth).
